Age Diagnosed w/Addison's: 5 years and 4 days old
Comments: Gracie was diagnosed 9-25-01, 4 days after her 5th
birthday as a primary Addison's dog. We think she has
been suffering AD symptoms since she was 4, but
finally crashed in September of 2001. She weighs 40
lbs and is on 0.4 mg per day of fludrocortisone and
1.25 mg per day of prednisolone. She is as perky as
ever now!

Age Diagnosed w/Addison's: 3 1/2 years old (Oct 2001)
Comments: This photo was taken the night before going to the
Vet hospital to stay and be diagnosed with AD and put
on IV fluids. She was very ill as you can see in
her face!

Age Diagnosed w/Addison's: 3 years, 4 months old
Comments:
Will was diagnosed with cancer at a year
and a half. A specialist told us he had four months
to live and our hearts were broken. After two
surgeries with our vet we proved the "specialist"
wrong. Will is full of life, he loves hunting,
fishing, playing with his pal Alex (13 year old Golden
Retriever), squirrel watching and taking trips up north
to the cottage. We couldn't have been happier to find
out Addison's is a treatable disease and the support
of the group is a real blessing.

Comments: Here is our beautiful boy who, except for the 48 hours or so that he was
*very* sick, has exhibited no symptoms/problems since being on medication. His sister/veterinarian and brother-in-law/veterinarian
take very good care of him!
